Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Account Executive to prospect and close sales with new customers while expanding existing relationships. You will develop and execute selling strategies to meet revenue goals and maintain profitability, including managing retention and contract commitments.

The role requires substantial travel for customer site visits with the majority of time on site; the territory covers northern AZ, with remaining work from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of direct B2B sales, cold calling and phone-based prospecting.
• Ability to travel for client/site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts.
• Initiate business-to-business sales relationships.
• Prospect and close opportunities to achieve budgeted sales goals.
• Manage prospects and maintain sales pipeline to reach new sales targets.
• Support retention and negotiate retention and contract terms.
