Join Turing as a Senior Account Executive, Generative AI

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a trusted partner to our largest, most strategic customers, consulting on embedding, deploying, and scaling Turing’s training services. You will manage strategic deals with enterprise clients, unlocking value from large language model services and data. Candidates should have experience interfacing with complex enterprises and selling training data or similar services into large organizations, with a highly technical background and familiarity with AI model development.

Responsibilities

  1. Own and Expand Key Accounts: Develop relationships with executive stakeholders, drive adoption of Turing’s services, and identify growth opportunities.
  2. Guide the Full Sales Cycle: Manage end-to-end sales processes, translating technical needs into solutions and meeting revenue targets.
  3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, marketing, and GTM teams to align offerings with customer needs and provide feedback for product development.
  4. Shape Account Strategy: Assess customer AI initiatives to find new use cases and craft strategies to expand Turing’s value.
  5. Optimize Sales Methodologies: Document insights and develop account playbooks for scalable success.
  6. Drive Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and advise customers on responsible AI implementation.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling emerging technologies or data solutions.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing strategic deals.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises developing LLMs or similar AI solutions.
  • Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder ecosystems, including technical and executive levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills for high-value agreements.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous situations with a strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Deep technical understanding of advanced AI systems and ecosystem trends.
