The pay range is $128,000.00 - $231,000.00.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. The Senior Account Executive, Partner Solutions, Roundel, works with the world’s leading brands and agencies. You will build strong client partnerships through solutions-selling using data and insights, grow your business, and deliver revenue growth by prospecting and creating sales opportunities that drive shopper marketing and national brand advertising revenue. Your role as a trusted liaison and your industry knowledge will help establish key relationships and navigate complex organizations to unlock funding.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead core accounts in Food and Beverage categories.
  • Drive revenue growth by building a pipeline of opportunities, qualifying, and securing advertising revenue from current and new sources.
  • Lead client strategy, negotiations, and proposals, aligning Roundel products and services with client needs to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as a consultant and advocate to provide solutions that meet client needs.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and client education.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions with integrity and transparency.
  • Provide monthly updates, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts to leadership.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6-10 years of digital media sales, agency, or marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and managing sales of $8M+.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital media trends, technologies, and the agency landscape.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and opportunity identification skills.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to audience needs.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client and agency coverage.
