The pay range is $128,000.00 - $231,000.00.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some cases, education, work experience, and certifications. The Senior Account Executive, Partner Solutions, Roundel, works with recognized brands and agencies. You will build strong client partnerships through solutions-selling using data and insights, grow your business, and deliver revenue for Roundel. Your expertise in digital media will help establish relationships with decision-makers and unlock funding.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead core accounts within Food and Beverage categories.
  • Drive revenue growth by building a pipeline of opportunities and securing advertising revenue.
  • Lead client strategy, negotiations, and proposal delivery, aligning Roundel products with client needs.
  • Act as a consultant and client advocate, providing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Deliver impactful client presentations and education.
  • Oversee the sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Provide monthly updates, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts to leadership.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6-10 years of digital media sales, agency, or marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth, managing $8M+ sales revenue.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital media trends, technologies, and the agency landscape.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and opportunity identification skills.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to audience needs.
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
