Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Senior Account Executive to serve as a liaison to existing customers and maintain high service standards across facilities. This is a full-time role focused on maximizing services and building new business opportunities in a field-based setting.

The position may involve leading other Account Representatives and coordinating with Operations, Business Development, and the Communications Center to ensure program success and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Masters or B.S. in Health-Related Field. May substitute equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of one (1) years experience in the field or related area with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license. Familiar with a variety of field concepts practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain routine contacts (to include visits, phone calls and mailings) to existing clients in order to ensure smooth working relationships (field based marketing).
• Hire, train and manage the day to day activities of Account Representatives where applicable.
• Build solid relationships with personnel at various facilities in order to promote services and assist in the identification of new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement Service Promise Plans with Operations, PBS, Business Development and the Communication Center(s).
• Demonstrate a professional approach to creating value and gaining confidence in AMR services from customers.
