Job summary

GSW, a healthcare communications agency, seeks a Senior Account Executive to serve as the primary tactic-level customer contact, supporting senior client teams and partnering with Agency Operations. You will ensure tactical objectives align with customer expectations and brand strategy.

You will work with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to parameters, build strong customer relationships, and assist in briefs, kickoff, and budgeting tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or other related disciplines or 3+ years' relevant agency side experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload
• Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs
• Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer
• Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer request
• Manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner
