Job summary

PPK, an award‑winning full‑service advertising agency in Downtown Tampa, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to translate client needs into strategic, creative, and media objectives. You will act as the primary day‑to‑day contact, coordinating across agency teams and partners to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

You will manage budgets, briefs, and schedules while guiding execution from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an Account Executive or Project Manager in a full‑service advertising agency.
• Media savvy – TV, Radio, Social, Digital, OOH, Print.
• Demonstrates understanding of the creative development and production process for traditional and digital media programs.
• Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi‑phase project budgets.
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients and internal teams.
• Open, track, and manage client projects and budgets.
• Prepare thorough and accurate creative briefs to activate internal teams.
• Schedule status meetings with the client and internal teams.
• Coordinate with research leads to plan qualitative and quantitative campaigns.
• Ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery of projects.
