Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in communications or marketing, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong writing, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or account management.
• Experience managing client relationships and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic communication, branding, and marketing plans.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Create and review client-facing materials, reports, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal creative and communications teams to deliver campaigns.
• Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support community engagement initiatives, events, media relations, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare client reports, project updates, and billing summaries.
• Ensure communications maintain consistent brand messaging and quality standards.
