Overview
VeilSun, a leader in low-code rapid application development with a focus on platforms is seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our presence in the manufacturing sector. This role is designed for a driven, self-starting professional who thrives on outbound sales and relationship development. You will play a critical role in growing our business by developing new accounts, executing prospecting strategies, collaborating with partner account executives, and qualifying inbound leads. As a trusted advisor to manufacturing clients, you’ll help them understand the transformational potential of VeilSun’s software solutions.

The Ideal Candidate
You are a highly motivated, growth-minded professional with strong integrity and self-awareness. You bring a consultative, trustworthy approach to building long-term relationships and have a track record of selling technology services into the manufacturing space. You're comfortable owning your pipeline, skilled at developing new opportunities, and excited to work with senior level technical peers to deliver real solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an outbound prospecting plan to identify and win new manufacturing accounts

  • Qualify and advance inbound leads with a consultative and industry-savvy approach

  • Nurture relationships with strategic partners

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM (Hubspot)

  • Collaborate closely with solution engineers to shape compelling value propositions

  • Stay current on VeilSun’s offerings and the low-code industry, especially in manufacturing applications

  • Report directly to the VP of Sales and contribute to team sales strategy

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • 1+ years selling software, ideally in B2B custom software or platform solutions

  • 3+ years of experience selling to manufacturing companies

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

  • Strong self-awareness, professionalism, and personal integrity

  • Growth mindset with a drive to learn and improve

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Familiarity with low-code platforms is a plus

  • Training in Sandler Selling Techniques is a bonus

We offer a competitive salary ($80k-90k+ incentive comp, $200k OTE) and an exceptional benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), PTO, and sick time.
