CIAAN is a global capital matchmaking firm that helps private equity firms, tech companies, and high-growth businesses secure $1M–$500M+ in funding within 180 days—or they don’t pay a fee. Our firm provides a fully managed, end-to-end capital-raising solution, ensuring businesses connect with accredited investors, private equity firms, and venture capitalists efficiently.

We need high-performing Account Executives (Closers) to finalize deals and drive revenue growth. This is a high-performance, high-reward closing role focused on converting pre-qualified businesses into committed clients who pay engagement fees to access CIAAN’s capital-raising expertise.

About the Role

We are seeking an elite Account Executive (Closer) to take pre-qualified leads from our Discovery Representatives and close them into our capital-raising engagement model. You will be handling business owners who have completed their Investor Readiness Call and are ready for the Investor Strategy Review, where you will present CIAAN’s capital-raising service, handle objections, and finalize the deal.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 6-8 Investor Strategy Review calls per day with pre-qualified businesses.
  • Mastering our consultative sales process to explain the value of our capital-raising service.
  • Handling objections effectively and guiding clients toward an informed decision.
  • Closing $300,000+ per month in engagement fees, with an average deal size of $25,000+.
  • Maintaining an active pipeline with diligent follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborating with SDRs and sales leadership to optimize close rates and drive revenue.

  • Educate prospects on investor matchmaking, capital structuring, and the value of CIAAN’s service.
  • Position the engagement fee as a critical investment in their funding journey.
  • Objection Handling & Pipeline ManagementOvercome common objections professionally and confidently.
  • Follow up aggressively on warm leads that didn’t convert immediately.
  • Collaboration & GrowthWork closely with the sales leadership to refine scripts and improve conversions.
  • Participate in daily training sessions and role-playing to sharpen skills.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to improve pre-qualification efficiency.
