Brighton Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Activation team, turning strategy into work that ships on time and on brief. The role partners with Brand Builders and leverages AI tools to move fast while maintaining judgment.

You’ll manage timelines, serve as a day-to-day contact across multiple workstreams, and draft client communications with AI assistance. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in account/project management in a fast-paced environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency, consulting or technology firm or fast-paced client-services environment.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills for client and internal teams.
• Curious, hands-on approach to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to move faster without losing thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal routing and timelines from brief to final delivery, flag risks early.
• Serve as day-to-day contact across multiple workstreams.
• Review work against the brief before routing to the client or Brand Builder, catching critical details.
• Issue estimates and track budgets against approved scope, leveraging AI to keep numbers clear.
