Job summary

Flynn/Wright, Inc. seeks an Account Coordinator to keep agency work organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You will own day-to-day coordination, route work, and maintain status reports while ensuring the right details land in the right place at the right time.

This role fits an organized, proactive professional who is the dependable center of gravity for a busy account team, collaborating with account leads, project teams and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, advertising, marketing, business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, project management, traffic or related agency/marketing role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple accounts, keeping timelines and deadlines on track.
• Support account leads with operational details to keep client work and relationships running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate timelines, scopes, budgets, and status reports for aligned teams.
