Job summary

EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales across Academic, Medical & Corporate markets.

This remote, US-based role focuses on prospecting, relationship-building, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction teams to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing pipelines, performing live product demos, and tailoring offerings and pricing for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in related industries.
• 5+ years of proven sales track record, achieving sales milestones and target goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, from identification through to close, with outside sales support.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales to academic, medical, and corporate institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Academic, Medical, and Corporate institutions.
• Meet call and activity metrics through calls and virtual meetings, including live demos and follow-ups.
• Understand competitive landscape and how to target and sell against competition.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Outside Sales to manage account management tools.
