About the role

ShowingTime is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to help us respond and sell to a growing market and increased demand for our solutions which include MarketView Broker and the Showing Management Suite. In this role you will be responsible for addressing Brokerages, Offices, teams and Brokerage Recruiters.

You Will Get To:
  • Position yourself as a Real Estate industry authority, conducting discovery and performing demonstrations to all constituents

  • Continue your consistent track record as a leading revenue generator

  • Demonstrate your competence and experience in selling software and service offerings

  • Real estate experience is helpful but not required

  • Must be eloquent, demonstrate effective sales reach out and follow-up with relationship building that leads to revenue growth in these targeted accounts

  • Contact potential clients, making 40+ sales calls daily, including prospecting and tracking activities in Salesforce and SalesLoft

  • Conduct online product demonstrations using Zoom and other on tech solutions

  • Self-manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously to achieve the assigned sales quota each month

  • Represent ShowingTime at in person industry events, client visits, conducting group presentations, etc.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $30.30 - $48.50 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references

  • Large brokerage real estate sales experience preferred

  • Demonstrated great teammate collaborating across teams to achieve company goals and serve our customers

  • Hard-working, with a positive demeanor and a sense of humor

  • A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar and in person

Qualifications

  • Be articulate, and demonstrate detailed follow-up with internal and external customers

  • Be very technology savvy with experience in Salesforce.com

  • Have strong attention to detail and critical thinking

  • Able to self-manage their daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month

  • Effective working with customers to tackle problems
