Senior Account Executive, ServiceMax


Location:Remote – from Southeast, USA

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering value to our customers. You’ll collaborate across teams to align on strategy, expand existing accounts, and shape the future of service delivery through innovative software solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable value.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead discovery, prospecting, and relationship-building efforts with both new and existing enterprise clients.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast with accuracy to support business growth.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to ensure long-term customer success.

  • Champion value-based selling and guide customers through complex buying journeys.

  • Travel as needed (~25%) to engage with customers and partners in person.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of success.

  • Based in or willing to work remotely from the Midwest U.S. (Ohio or Michigan preferred).

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience engaging with senior executives and operational leaders in large enterprises.

  • Ability to manage and grow accounts with a data-driven, strategic approach.

  • Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.

  • Experience in industries such as medical devices or industrial manufacturing is a plus.

  • Passion for teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
