Job description

Few&Far is working with a Series A startup that is redefining how organisations listen, learn, and act through meaningful, scalable conversations powered by human facilitation and AI‑driven insights. We serve forward‑thinking enterprise customers eager to elevate talent strategy, employee engagement, and organisational intelligence.

As a Series A company with strong momentum, we’re building our go‑to‑market engine from the ground up — and we’re looking for a high‑impact revenue leader to be our first field sales hire.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to own revenue growth, enterprise new business, and strategic customer acquisition in the U.S. You will build scalable sales processes, engage directly with executive buyers (CHROs, Heads of People, L&D, CEOs), and help shape the commercial motion for years to come. This is a high‑visibility role with huge upside, autonomy, and real equity impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive full‑cycle enterprise sales — from pipeline creation through contract close
  • Develop and own sales process, playbooks, qualification frameworks, and forecasting
  • Engage with executive stakeholders (VP, Director, CHRO, Head of People, CEO) to position company's value in strategic organisational contexts
  • Build pipeline via outbound, inbound follow‑up, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to refine messaging, ICP definition, and go‑to‑market tactics
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Influence product and pricing feedback based on customer insights and market signals
  • Mentor and advise future sales hires as the team scales
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of quota‑carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of sourcing, closing, and expanding enterprise customers
  • Experience building sales motions or processes in an early‑stage environment
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing at the C‑suite and executive levels
  • Strong work ethic, hunger to hunt new business, and ability to close complex deals
  • Exceptionally organized, communicative, and coachable
  • Metrics‑driven with a focus on results and scalable growth
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling to HR, People, Talent, or Enterprise business functions
  • Familiarity with employee engagement, people analytics, or SaaS platforms
  • Background in startup environments where building from scratch was key
