As a pivotal player in our Dallas market expansion, you will lead efforts to connect top-tier IT talent with leading organizations. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in IT services sales and a passion for cultivating client relationships. What Youll Do
As an IT Sales Executive, youll be responsible for driving growth and establishing Inclusion Cloud as a market leader in IT outsourcing.

  • Proactively Prospect: Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social media channels.
  • Engage Effectively: Conduct high-quality phone and face-to-face conversations to generate leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Strategize Collaboratively: Work with the sales team to develop tailored prospecting strategies.
  • Manage Pipelines: Build and oversee a pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Maintain and grow client relationships by understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Leverage Technology: Use CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales tasks, opportunities, and campaign-generated leads.
  • Report Progress: Provide weekly updates on KPIs and sales forecasts, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.

What You Must Bring

  • Experience:
  • 8+ years in IT sales or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Established connections in the IT industry are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new business opportunities, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Background in selling IT services, particularly nearshore solutions (preferred).
  • Skillset:
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to adopt innovative marketing and sales techniques.
