Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA seeks a Senior Account Executive in Denver, CO to grow our North American SME market. You will own the full sales process, hunt for new clients, and build relationships with decision-makers.

You will collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations and enablement to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve targets. Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar sales tech is highly desirable.
• Ability to build relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B SME clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Apply consultative selling to uncover needs.
• Forecast pipeline using CRM and sales tools.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver tailored virtual and in-person presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and enablement.
• Leverage sales technology to drive efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
