Mars United℠ Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive for its Retail Consultancy team in the Cincinnati area. The SAE will support Director/Manager with retailer project execution, asset management, budgets, and ad operations coordination for both managed service and self-service campaigns.

The role requires collaboration across departments, handling timelines, recaps, and billing while maintaining Marilyn data management. Candidates must reside within commuting distance for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing, media or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure
• Detail orientation and ability to multitask across fluid workload
• Proactive in seeking work/responsibility
• Dependability in execution of work and as team member
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Desire to learn all aspects of the Shopper Marketing discipline
• Effective interpersonal skills across functions

Responsibilities

• Manage and build productive relationships with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward
• Compile, author and distribute meeting/project recaps
• Develop knowledge of brand or retailer positioning and goals
• Support program timelines, trafficking, materials review and cost estimation
• Manage and support projects from start to finish
• Assist budget management aligning estimates with actuals
• Maintain electronic job jackets and billing information
• Grow proficiency across Mars internal workflow and financial systems
• Collaborate with internal departments effectively
• Maintain team reports and weekly status updates
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Manager/Director
