Job summary

Mars United Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support directors in retailer projects, budgets, and campaign execution. You will manage communications, briefs, and recaps, while ensuring accurate billing and data management for Marilyn, the company’s platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate timelines, and help optimize shopper marketing campaigns across on/offsite displays, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of shopper marketing, media or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to multitask across fluid workload.
• Proactive nature in seeking of work/responsibility.
• Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build productive relationships and communications with cross functional teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Compile, author and distribute meeting or project recaps.
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning, understanding competitors and goals.
• Tactically support programs including timelines, trafficking and materials review.
• Manage and support projects effectively from start to finish.
• Support budget management ensuring program estimates and actuals are tracked.
• Develop proficiency across Mars internal workflow and financial systems.
