Job summary

Mars United℠ Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive for our Retail Consultancy team. The SAE supports the Director and Manager with retailer project execution, asset management, and budget/finance support, including RFP facilitation for managed service and self-service campaigns.

They will assist AdOps tagging, manage billing, and Marilyn data management while ensuring strong communication and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing, media or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask across fluid workload.
• Proactive in seeking work and responsibilities.
• Dependable in execution of tasks within a team.
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude when taking on new challenges.
• Desire to learn all aspects of shopper marketing discipline.
• Effective interpersonal skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build productive relationships with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Compile, author and distribute meeting or project recaps.
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning and goals.
• Tactically support programs with timelines, trafficking, materials review and cost estimation.
• Manage and support projects from start to finish.
• Support budget management aligning estimates with actuals.
• Maintain electronic job jackets and billing information.
• Develop proficiency across Mars internal workflow and financial systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain team reports and weekly status updates.
