Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of agency communications experience.
• You run an account from start to finish, owning the client relationship, strategy and process.
• Experience scoping programs, managing a P&L, budgeting, resourcing and team utilization.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level strategic direction to senior client executives.
• Develop long-term PR plans aligned with client objectives and navigate difficult conversations when needed.
• Manage account profitability, revenue forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee client contracts, KPIs, and monthly/annual scopes of work.
• Build media and engagement strategies across media, analyst, and social landscapes.
• Lead and mentor team members, delivering targeted development to junior staff.
• Drive innovation, expand leadership footprints into global PR management.
