Pixis Drones is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead new business with brands and agencies. You will open doors, drive pricing conversations, and help write the sales playbook for a new media category.

This role suits a proven hunter with relationships in brand marketing and experiential agencies, especially in New York or Los Angeles, who loves a challenge and wants to shape early growth at a groundbreaking company.

Formación

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in out-of-home media, sponsorships, events, or experiential marketing.
• Track record of hitting or beating quota on deals in the $60K to $250K+ range.
• Active relationships with brand marketers and agencies (experiential, event, sports and entertainment, media), ideally in New York or Los Angeles.
• Hunter mentality with the drive to generate your own pipeline and open new doors.
• Strong presentation and proposal skills.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends around live shows and events.
• HubSpot CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and close brand and agency accounts through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and the relationships you already have.
• Build your own book of business, generating net-new pipeline rather than relying on inbound leads.
• Position drone shows as premium media for product launches, brand reveals, sponsor takeovers at festivals and stadiums, and seasonal campaigns.
• Invite prospects to live shows and let the product do the selling.
• Run the full sales cycle, from discovery and creative brief through proposal, negotiation, and contract, with a clean handoff to production and creative.
