Job summary

Gupta Media in Boston is seeking a senior Account Director to lead results-driven media campaigns across e-commerce, brand, live events, and lead generation. You will manage global high-priority clients, lead a team of Associate Account Directors and Analysts, and shape strategy while testing new platforms.

Travel for client engagements is expected. Base salary ranges $130,000–$160,000 with eligible annual bonuses and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of agency experience.
• Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads is required; familiarity with Snap/TikTok/LinkedIn preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex clients with annual media spends in the $2mm+ range.
• Strong analytical and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global business for high-priority clients with regular communication and travel.
• Lead a team of Associate Account Directors, Analysts, and Coordinators; support hiring and career development.
• Develop and maintain strategy; stay on top of trends and test new platforms with clients.
