Qualifications

10+ years in IT Services Sales or Account Management.
Experience selling AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong exposure to the Media & Entertainment domain.
Proven ability to manage and grow large strategic accounts and multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
Deep understanding of media workflows and digital transformation technologies.
Ability to translate client business problems into scalable, reusable solutions.

Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and opportunity creation.
Manage large media-centric IT services portfolios with focus on client satisfaction and growth.
Lead AI-enabled proposals and engage with delivery teams to craft differentiated solutions.
Co-develop and execute GTM strategies to expand media client relationships.
Oversee governance, SLAs, risk, renewals, and commercial management.
Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and practice leaders on proposals and assets.
