Job summary

Kyra, an enterprise influencer marketing platform, seeks an Account Director (US EST) to own a portfolio of client accounts and lead a Campaign Manager team. You will be the senior contact for renewals, expansions, and revenue risk, while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Senior ownership of $500,000+ accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on influencer campaign experience; 7+ years in influencer marketing covering casting and production.
• Track record leading teams and developing performance in campaigns.
• Commercial sharpness (agency economics, margin, resourcing) and operational strength to build scalable processes.
• Experience using AI to augment marketing work and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and the Campaign Manager team.
• Maintain net revenue retention through renewals and expansions.
• Lead campaign delivery on time, in scope, against KPIs.
• Set account strategy, roadmap, renewal plans and budgets.
• Own executive reporting, QBRs, EBRs and manage account risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product and Strategy to align priorities.
