Job summary

Kyra, an enterprise influencer marketing platform, is seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee creator campaigns from briefing to reporting. You’ll drive day-to-day delivery, keep campaigns on time and on budget, and ensure creative excellence across brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, and Ray-Ban.

You will build strong client and creator relationships, source and brief talent, monitor performance on Kyra’s analytics platform, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of influencer marketing or campaign management experience, ideally with beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Negotiation experience with creators and creator contracting.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of influencer campaigns across multiple brands.
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
• Be the main point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Track campaign performance using Kyra’s analytics tools and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
