Job summary

Executive Leadership Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Director for a remote position. The role focuses on expanding relationships with major clients, driving renewals, and delivering innovative solutions in testing and assessment services.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in account management, a proven track record negotiating multi-year contracts up to $10M, and the ability to travel moderately as needed. This is a global client services environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 10+ years in account management with a proven track record of expanding client relationships.
• Experience negotiating multi-year contracts valued up to $10M annually.
• 2+ years experience in Testing/Assessment/Credentialing preferred.
• Moderate travel required.

SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (Remote position)

The Role You Will Play:

• The Account Director should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for providing innovative business solutions in a variety of settings.
• Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
• Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how the Company can add value through our services and solutions.
• Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.

Position Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 10 years of professional experience in account management / client services with a proven track record of expanding client relationships.
• Experience negotiating multi-year contracts valued up to 10 M$ annually.
• 2+ years experience working for a Testing/Assessment/Credentialing company is preferred.
• Moderate travel is required.
