Job summary

Neuberger is seeking an experienced data governance professional to own account data quality, controls, and lifecycle processes. The role involves hands-on data maintenance across trading platforms, data warehouses, and portfolio tools, with collaboration across data owners and offshore teams as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with reference data, security master, or account master data.
• Experience documenting and mapping business processes.
• Project management and business analysis experience.
• Strong data analysis, profiling, and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work efforts independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manually investigate and resolve mismatched account data across systems, aligning fields and definitions with data owners.
• Download and review data exceptions daily and coordinate with account owners to resolve breaks.
• Oversee the New Account team’s daily New Aladdin account opening.
• Submit and review updates to New Account Applications (NAA).
• Assist with opening Institutional, Intermediary, Subadvised, and CIT Trust accounts.
• Manage account openings at custodian portals and maintain Aladdin data in ADAM and Blackrock Portfolio Toolkit.
• Establish consistent entity records and account reference data across systems.
• Support governance of critical data elements and contribute to the data roadmap.
