Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with reference data, security master, or account master data.
• Experience documenting and mapping business processes.
• Project management and business analysis experience.
• Strong data analysis, profiling, and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work efforts independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with hands-on manual data investigation and exception resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own account data quality, controls, and process discipline across the account lifecycle.
• Research and resolve data exceptions and breaks across systems with data owners.
• Oversee New Account team daily onboarding and ADAM/Blackrock data updates.
• Define governance of critical data elements and contribute to data roadmap.
• Submit stories to technology and participate in grooming sessions.
• Lead weekly account data meetings and quarterly updates with stakeholders.
