Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, homelessness prevention and tenancy sustainment.
• Background in housing services, offender rehabilitation, criminal justice, probation or related welfare work.
• Ability to lead, develop others and work toward targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accommodation Team Manager in improving practice and service quality.
• Provide specialist housing advice and guidance to participants and staff.
• Deliver workshops to develop team standards of practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Manage a small number of complex cases.
