Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant for a global manufacturing company with strong growth and development opportunities. The role supports the close/consolidation process, reconciliations, and internal/external financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of accounting experience, a BS in Accounting, and CPA or CPA tracking. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Public accounting experience preferred.
• CPA or CPA tracking desired.
• B.S. in Accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the close and consolidation process and preparation of financial statements, including analysis of results, resolution of differences and communication of unexpected or unusual variances
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and analysis
• Work closely with multiple departments and accounting and finance team members
• Assist with the internal reporting function related to the monthly management reporting package and other GAAP and non-GAAP metrics
• Interface with external auditors for annual audits, including preparation of financial statements, schedules and documentation
• Month end close duties: journal entries, account reconciliations, stock based compensation
