Job summary

Jefferson Solutions Group seeks a Senior Academic Instructor/Subject Matter Expert (SAI/SME) to support the USAF 505th Test and Training Group. This onsite role at Hurlburt Field, Florida, offers a salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually and requires extensive DOD experience and instruction credentials.

Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating instruction across ACSLC, CSSC, C2WAC, IALC, CFACC, DWC2C, DIRMOBFOR, and SJAT courses; ensuring material currency; and developing

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of DOD military experience with air component experience.
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility required.
Five years as a senior officer (GS-14/15, Colonel, Brigadier General) or equivalent.
Experience as an instructor in PME or related training environments.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate all academic instruction as directed by the Course Director and syllabus.
Instruct multiple courses (ACSLC, CSSC, C2WAC, IALC, CFACC, DWC2C, DIRMOBFOR, SJAT) and tailor to session needs.
Ensure course materials are current prior to each instruction event.
Develop and execute a comprehensive graduate evaluation plan and coordinate critiques with the Government.
