• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related field, plus 5 years of academic/healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience with academic medicine hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for faculty candidates.
• Source proactively via networks, conferences, and platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with department leadership to create search plans.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policies and equal opportunity regulations.
• Provide reports on pipelines, outcomes, and time-to-fill.
