Qualifications

• Experience with advising and coaching software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns student caseloads to Academic Coaches and assesses difficult cases.
• Analyzes reports on student degree progression to inform decisions.
• Delivers supports, programs, and services and addresses barriers to success.
• Presents at meetings, workshops, and events for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represents CSU at recruitment events and serves on committees.
