Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC in Sierra Vista, AZ seeks an ABMS test specialist to lead Joint Interoperability Test, Evaluation and Certification for CBC2, TOC-L, DIFC2, ABADS-MD, and DI programs. You will craft evaluation frameworks, drive data-driven insights, and coordinate cross‑agency efforts with government and contractors.

Requires a Doctorate/Master’s with years of relevant DoW testing experience, plus a current CompTIA Security+ and an active secret clearance with ability to obtain TS.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate or Master’s with 4+ years or Bachelor’s with 6+ years in a relevant technical field.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with DoW acquisition developmental/operational testing from planning through final report.
• Ability to write complex software developer–level issues clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to produce an Analysis Structure (AS) with Evaluation Framework (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM) and Test Plans.
• Participate in WIPT meetings and coordinate test activities between Government, users, support agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate all test activities as the primary point of contact.
• Participate in test execution, including data collection.
• Analyze test results and translate data into MOP/MOE driven insights.
• Produce Quick Look Reports and Joint Interoperability Assessments/Certifications.
