Trinity Life Sciences in Waltham, MA, seeks an experienced ABM Associate Director to design, execute, and scale ABM programs for high-priority pharma and biotech accounts. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead strategy, collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing, and drive pipeline growth across a targeted portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in B2B marketing with ABM expertise in life sciences, and a track record translating market insights into senior-level strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2–3+ years in account-based marketing or strategic demand generation.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related B2B professional services/technology supporting complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Ability to translate market insights and account intelligence into tailored, multi-functional programs for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define ABM strategy and scalable programs across multiple account tiers and segments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product Marketing to co-create account plans and target personas.
• Design and orchestrate integrated ABM campaigns across channels with clear objectives and metrics.
• Build and maintain account-level dashboards and reporting to measure engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Lead executive and SME engagement for key accounts with tailored briefing materials and multi-touch nurture programs.
