Responsibilities

• Grow Trinity, both from a business and talent perspective as a member of Trinity’s Leadership Team, provide intellectual leadership in developing the firm’s capabilities.
• Have strong relationships and an established book of business with leading pharma and biotech companies; successfully articulate the firm’s capabilities to develop new client relationships and secure new business.
• Partner with Trinity leadership to expand existing client relationships. Be responsible for generating at least $3 to $5 million in revenue annually through new incremental revenue from new clients and supporting existing Trinity clients.
• Take ownership of progression of staff that report into them; engage staff in business development opportunities as appropriate to facilitate their growth; identify development opportunities for staff and provide guidance to enable their success.
• Provide leadership to assigned staff to ensure superb execution on client engagements; set strategic direction for project activities, guiding managers on daily tasks and resource allocation.
