Qualificações

• BA in Marketing or related field; MBA is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in CPG brand management (2+ years as ABM).
• Strong understanding of the US consumer (food experience a plus).
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze brand health, performance, launches, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Lead SKU rationalization reviews and portfolio optimization actions.
• Collaborate with Sales to craft consumer-centric strategies and support innovation sell-in.
• Translate brand strategies into customer-facing materials and manage marketing budget.
• Partner with Brand Comms, Brand Innovation, R&D, and PM to bring innovations to market.
