Qualifications

• Demonstrate at least 5-7 years of progressive Asset Based Finance experience within a commercial bank or finance company.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience. Field Exam experience is a plus.
• Proficient with financial projection modelling and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex ABL transactions, considering size, structure, borrower organization or collateral.
• Provide credit expertise with a consultative approach to RM and staff; structure loans per ONB guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio with asset quality ratings and trend analyses; address delinquencies and covenant issues.
