Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Specialist II to support Relationship Managers in the Commercial and Business segments. You will assist with loan applications, closings, and provide data via Power BI to track pipeline and credit information.

The role emphasizes strong client service, effective communication, and adherence to banking standards. A solid admin/ banking background and collaboration with bank partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in administrative services/business or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 4+ years of administrative and/or banking experience preferred; 2+ years in commercial processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication with RMs, Clients and Bank Partners.
• Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist Relationship Managers with loan applications, underwriting input and closings.
• Provide pipeline, portfolio, production and credit information using Power BI.
• Open commercial depository accounts and coordinate with Treasury/Private Banking.
• Support daily activities including calendar management and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
