Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in securitized products.
• Ability to monitor securitized products performance at deal and loan levels.
• Experience reviewing periodic transaction reporting and trustee reporting.
• Strong understanding of Intex and Bloomberg.
• Programming and data visualization skills required.
• Ability to leverage AI to build efficient surveillance systems.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Survey ABF assets and monitor deal-level performance against features and underwriting assumptions.
• Track collateral performance trends and translate loan-level performance to deal implications.
• Interpret and flag transaction events, amendments, restructurings, and servicer changes.
• Produce surveillance summaries highlighting trends and forward-looking considerations.
• Handle ad hoc surveillance requests and support portfolio reviews with analysis-driven insight.
• Collaborate with ABF Deal Team to standardize issuer reporting packages.
• Work with technology teams to improve automated surveillance coverage and escalation practices.
• Engage with external parties to obtain and interpret transaction-level information.
