Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced ABF Underwriting professional to lead structuring, underwriting, and syndication of asset-based loans across industries.

You will interact with clients, create credit packages, present to credit committees, and coordinate deal closings while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant financial experience; Asset-Based Lending preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• Corporate finance professional with solid credit and analytical background.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial modeling skills; Field Exam or Appraisal experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on ABF structuring, underwriting efforts, and marketing support.
• Interact with clients and participate in the syndication process.
• Underwrite and syndicate ABF transactions across industries.
• Assess borrower credit and collateral risk factors.
• Prepare financial models and stress tests.
• Lead deal closings and coordinate due diligence responses.
