Job summary

TPG is seeking an Asset Management Analyst in New York at 245 Park Avenue to support portfolio surveillance, borrowing base operations, and due diligence across a diversified ABF book. The role involves hands-on data work, IC reporting, and collaboration with deal teams and auditors.

You will build borrowing base models, reconcile certificates, and maintain dashboards while handling data ingestion and workflow automation across multiple facilities and counterparties.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in structured credit, asset-based lending, or related finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with dynamic models and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ABL/warehouse facility mechanics and covenant packages.
• Experience ingesting large datasets and automating reconciliation workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools for data analysis.
• Knowledge of at least two asset classes in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain borrowing base models for all active facilities.
• Reconcile certificates and flag material variances.
• Maintain real-time facility utilization dashboard and monitor thresholds.
• Ingest loan tape files and ensure data integrity across formats.
• Produce monthly surveillance packages with delinquency and covenant metrics.
• Support pre-closing due diligence and standardized frameworks.
