Qualifications

Responsibilities

Write, simulate, and optimize ABB RAPID code and RobotStudio models.
Lead full lifecycle of custom automation projects from design to on-site deployment.
Configure hardware and fieldbus protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) for ABB packages.
Troubleshoot integration, pathing, and cycle-time bottlenecks on the shop floor.
Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for deployments and SATs.
Produce documentation: operation sequences and electrical schematics.
