Qualifications

• 5+ years ABB robotics programming experience including RAPID and RobotStudio.
• 2+ years PLC development with ladder logic (Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Studio 5000).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Write, simulate, and optimize RAPID code and RobotStudio models for ABB robotics integration with PLCs.
• Lead full lifecycle of custom machine projects from design to floor deployment and debugging.
• Configure hardware/protocols and fieldbus communications for ABB packages and EOAT.
• Troubleshoot integration issues on build floors and during client deployments.
• Travel up to 30% domestically/internationally for site installations, SATs, and sign-offs.
• Create comprehensive system logic docs and electrical schematics with redlines.
