Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc is seeking a qualified professional to supervise home-based ABA programs for children with autism. You will ensure proper implementation of treatment plans, review data, and guide Line Therapists in executing evidence-based strategies such as DTT, PRT, and NET.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience with children or autism, including ABA exposure. Strong communication with families and team is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education/Special Education or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with children or autism.
• ABA experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure treatment plan is implemented as designed.
• Ensure proper implementation and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Review data collected by the Line Therapist and parent/guardian.
• Provide guidance to Line Therapist and teach programs.
• Monitor generalization and maintenance of skills across settings.
• Report issues to supervisor and Interventionist.
