Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II in Simi Valley, CA. The role involves overseeing ABA treatment plans, coaching technicians, and coordinating with caregivers across various settings including center, home, school, and telehealth.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and experience with ASD. Competitive salary with bonus potential and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst Board certified (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure 100% treatment adherence of supervision hours.
• Direct behavior technicians in implementing treatment protocols.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff and caregivers.
