Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee treatment plans and supervise behavioral technicians. You will assess patients, develop plans, and coordinate with caregivers across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, data-driven treatment adjustments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunity includes relocation support and growth within CARD’s 30+ years of impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field is required.
• BACB board certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
• Evaluate patients to identify skills deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to determine function.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Provide coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
