Innovative Sight & Sound is a leading Southeast technology integrator that designs, installs, and supports sophisticated home technology systems. We are seeking a Senior A/V Technician to diagnose, repair, and enhance systems in clients' homes and businesses.

This service-focused role emphasizes troubleshooting, independence, clear client communication, and ownership from issue to resolution, with occasional small installations and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential A/V or related tech
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Clear communication with clients
• Knowledge of AV signal flow and system infra
• Experience with equipment racks, displays, projectors, speakers and receivers
• Experience with residential networking (routers, switches, APs)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues across AV, automation, networking, lighting and surveillance systems
• Perform scheduled service calls, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot using on-site and remote tools
• Provide clear explanations and recommended solutions to clients
• Document findings, work performed, and equipment used
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members
